Kriya Formula Studio
Located in a third floor walk-up, our studio hosts intuitive flow yoga classes, meditation sessions and illuminating workshops designed to help you discover your own sacred Kriya flow.
Intuitive flow is a vinyasa designed to enhance your capacity to embrace change. A functional sequence that attunes your ego to meet the present moment with grace.
Classes are held weekly on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 5:45 PM on a pay as you wish basis. All are welcome.
